Full of Knowing

Standard

Devotion: John 13:3

Jesus knows all things!  He is “all knowing.”  “Full of knowing.” He knows you now and knew you before the foundation of the earth.  He knows you down to the last divided cell.  You are “fearfully and wonderfully made.”  I pray you know and understand this beautiful truth; to the very core of your being.

Our Lord is full of knowing.  He intentionally created you and fashioned you in His image.  You bear the image of your Creator. He is working all things together for your good and His glory. Yes, even the hard and difficult stuff.

What is your level of trust?  How deep?  How wide?  Can you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, climb the scariest mountain precipice or go into a battle of another’s choosing; with the full knowledge that your Father will never leave you nor forsake you?

                  “God is for you and not against you.”

Because He is all knowing; He will take what Satan meant for evil and turn it out for your good.  You are probably thinking, No way.  No how.  I cannot begin to imagine this difficulty; working anything but sadness and sorrow in my life. That is what your enemy will tell you.  That is the place he wants to keep you,

        full of trouble and strife, rendering you ineffective.

The One who is” full of knowing” the beginning from the end;

        wants to increase your faith factor.  Your trust level.

I didn’t say your comfort level.  I said your trust level.  If God is working all things together for your good; you must learn to trust Him explicitly.  Go ahead.  Say it.  God; I trust You with ___________________.  You fill in the blank.

Prayer in Motion:

Lord Jesus; I completely trust You to accomplish what concerns me, as well as the people and circumstances for which I am in prayer.  You who created this beautiful world and all that is in it; You are full of knowing and if You  are full of knowing; I can trust You.  In Jesus Name, I offer up this prayer.  Amen
